POLICY ANNOUNCEMENT Hey everyone! I’m so excited to start this journey with you and provide the best experience possible. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit, please take a moment to review my salon policies. These guidelines help me create a seamless experience for all of my clients. All information provided in the policy form will be securely stored in your online file. If you have any questions while completing the form, feel free to reach out to me directly at 912-658-2078. ✨ Service Adjustments: Your satisfaction is my top priority! If you have any concerns with your cut or color, please notify me within 7 days of your visit, and I’ll gladly make adjustments at no additional cost. ✨ Refunds: While refunds are not offered for services, I’m happy to make necessary adjustments within 7 days to ensure you love your hair. ✨ Children in the Salon: To maintain a relaxing environment for all guests, children are only permitted in the salon if they are receiving a service. ✨ Cancellations & No-Shows: I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee charged to the card on file. ✨ Running Late: Life happens—I get it! I allow a 10-minute grace period for your appointment. If you arrive later than 10 minutes, we may need to adjust your service to fit within the remaining time.
